Overview

The purpose of the Joint Committee of the Energy Efficiency Board and the CT Green Bank Board of Directors (Joint Committee) is to examine opportunities to coordinate programs and activities, and to create financing offerings to increase the benefit of C&LM programs. The Joint Committee consists of 9 members: 2 voting and 2 non-voting members from the Energy Efficiency Board; 2 voting and 2 non-voting members from the Green Bank Board of Directors; and the DEEP Commissioner (or her or his designee) who is a voting ex officio member of the Joint Committee.
